El Hangar del Castillo in Molina de Aragón is a must-visit restaurant! The food is spectacular, with dishes like octopus curry, marinated sardines, and lemon fish. The owners, mother and daughter, are incredibly hospitable and the terrace is decorated with great taste. The wine selection is also excellent. Service is impeccable and the atmosphere is super pleasant. Prices are reasonable, although the portion sizes may be small.
