We were a large family after a funeral. Miguel took care of our table, the pork chop plate was juicy and well served. Staff was truly overwhelmed but they managed and they did a phenomenal job with the amount of family that showed up. Way over 50family members were there. Great service, great food! Sometimes there just isn’t any WORDS. I waited 40 minutes. At drive through. For tortilla soup. Bcz they didn’t have menudo. My ride was on break. Now they are in trouble and I PREFER a refund. Bcz the food is still untouched on my counter. NEVER going back. My pops use to LOVE dining there. He can’t anymore. So I will not either. I’ll be by shortly to return untouched food and demand a refund 😡😡 Upon further when I called, I was told that I would not receive a refund. And I was wrongly accusing them of 40 minute wait. I refuse to give business to a place that PROBABLY doesn’t pass legal pay wages either. Bcz they are of different country living standards. I’m disgusted with the service I received and the response.
