I stumbled upon this place randomly on my way through Arvin. The pollo asado combo was truly mouthwatering. The chicken was seasoned and grilled to perfection. This was our first time coming to El Asadero Bros and we are so happy we tried it! They have all your typical taco meats, the asada and pastor was amazing! They also have tri tip, ribs and whole chicken roasts. We had tri tip tacos as well and they were so tender and made to perfection! We also tried the Birria tacos and chicken quesadilla which were all amazing! We will be back to this place for sure next time we are driving through Arvin!
