Brought our son here for dinner, outstanding sushi. They even were able to make requested changes, which I greatly appreciated. The fish was incredibly tasty and well-prepared, the ingredients used were clearly higher-quality. Pictured is the remnants of the Lion King roll, Mariners roll, and the Salmon Lovers' roll. The wasabi was wonderfully fresh, very potent and soft. The wait service was excellent, as well. Very kind and receptive to our needs. I think I'd call this one of, if not the best sushi places available in the Lynnwood area. Definitely added to favorite places, and we plan on coming back! Edo Sushj & Sake is my Favorite Sushi Restaurant in Lynwood. The Environment is Nice and Staff is Friendly. I ordered the Edo Rainbow Premium Roll. It is very High Quality & Flavorful. Not sure how people are comparing the food with grocery counters. The fish and everything we ordered were super fresh and well made. This is the only place we were able to get otoro/fatty tuna, and it's marvelous. Portions are as you would expect any quality sushi spot, not jumbo like a cheap chain but definitely not skimping either. This is our new family go-to sushi spot. It's incredible. I was extremely impressed by there Sushi before the management change. Unfortunately that was not my experience this time around. There Meso soup was delicious and I did enjoy the flavor of there seared salmon belly Sashimi, however the slices of salmon where vary thin and it did not seem like a substantial amount of food. The rolls that i had seemed only decent. There fish did not stand out to me to be high grade or all to fresh. For the price point i was hopping for higher grade Sushi and i did not get it when i was visiting. It did seem like they where slow on a Wednesday evening maybe that was what played the part. If you had a different experience please share, i do not want my poor experience to reflect on there business.

We've driven by this spot so many times, and finally had a chance to drop in. Service was top notch - super attentive but not overbearing. The food is amazing! They had specials of o toro and wagyu nigiri that were prepared perfectly. I love that I don't need to go downtown for quality sushi. We'll be back! Service was really great, the hostess was very nice, polite, and attentive. The atmosphere was classy and subtle. Dark clean wood with lots of open space, but with high enough dividers between tables to feel private. Started with tempura veggies which were crisp and yummy. Then tried uni nigiri for the first time and was very pleasant surprised. It was the creamiest smoothest thing I've ever tasted and had a much lighter and more subtle flavor than I expected. All of the fish was very good - nothing was "fishy" tasting, everything seemed very fresh. The sake was also very good. Definitely planning on going here again. I'm not usually a super huge sushi person so I'm very pleased to have found such a nice place.

Came here for lunch and was immediately greeted by the hostest. She is very knowledgable of the menu and recommended the yakisoba and Nigiri Set A to me, which i readily accepted. Excellent taste on both Yakisoba and Nigiri... Very fresh!!! Was giving 4 Stars.. gave them 5 stars instead!!!

Edo Sushi & Sake is a hidden local gem that more people should know about. I'm from the area but currently live out of state where affordable high quality sushi and sashimi are hard to come by. I came to Edo with my parents today and the food blew us away! The quality and freshness of the food far exceeded the affordable price point. We ordered sashimi set C where we savored every piece of fish. The chicken cutlet that we ordered was light and perfectly crispy. The same was true for the tempura that came with the salmon bento (the salmon was perfectly seasoned). You can really tell the expertise of a sushi place from the taste of the rice. The sashimi rice bowls that we ordered boasted generous portions of sashimi and the rice complimented and elevated the taste of the fish. Overall, everything we ordered was delicious and I think I found a new favorite local sushi and sashimi spot every time I visit home. Highly recommend Edo Sushi and Sake.

Went here with a friend of mine that raved about their food. We both ordered and food arrived. It was OK until I found bugs in my bento box. The lady tried telling me they're gnats.... but these were crawling around very fast. I lost my appetite. They took half my meal off. My friend paid the tab. I would have left them high and dry.
