On Friday, February 23rd I ordered a bunch of takeout from the menu @ Eddie F’s. It was all fried food. I had to travel a ways to get back home. Anyway, I’m not sure if it was the travel time or not… I just know the food wasn’t so good. I made a phone call… (not like me) and told of my experience. I was immediately invited back by the owners sister. She wanted to redeem herself. Today, March 1st, I returned. I ordered the Seafood Alfredo to go. One for me… and one for my wife. I met Eddie F while I waited. Fast Forward… my wife and I just enjoyed the most delicious meal we’ve had in a long time. The lobster… perfect. The shrimp… perfect. The scallops… perfect. The alfredo sauce… perfect. My wife and I are so pleased with the over-the-top effort and concern for our happiness with them. Here’s to Eddie F’s. Let’s just say… We will see you again soon!!! My husband and I discovered this hidden gem during Restaurant Week back in the fall. We've been in love ever since! There are daily specials, plenty of dine-in seating, and the staff are all very friendly and accommodating. Literally the only thing this restaurant is missing is a view! Nonetheless, don't hesitate to allow Eddie F's to bring the sea to you while you're in Saratoga Springs!
