Saw the “coffee + cocktails” sign outside while driving and was curious enough to turn around and check it out - so happy we did! The bartender was very welcoming and gave us the run down of the space. We ordered a Chai Tea and Espresso Martini - both amazing! We sat on the patio outside which is very dog friendly Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Stopped by to check out Easytalk during a trip home with a few friends. Very cool and lovely place for a date night or to catch up with friends. I had a really good time. Pleasantly surprised to see such a cool vibe in the city. Here are my takeaways: Environment From the outside you wouldn't think this intimate, chill and laid back spot existed. The dim lighting, colorful and creative art and seating areas give this place a ton of personality. When you walk in there is kind of like a cafe area with a few seats and a bar area. You can then walk down a hallway with more seating with sofas and areas for larger parties and then there is a really nice intimate patio in the back - not terribly big but enough for a small party. And then you have the "private bar" in the back meant for a smaller parties and a more intimate customized experience. I really loved the ambiance and the vibe. Service Most of my service happened in the "talk" portion of the bar/lounge. They seemed to have split up the space into two sections: the easy area where you can grab a drink at the bar from the selection they have on the menu or you can go to the "talk" are which is a more intimate and customized area whether they have a selection of games or options you can choose from to eventually get to your drink. One being rolling the dice, another being having a conversation with the bartender about what type of drink you are looking for and they make something up on the spot. This was really fun for our group and allowed for more conversation and more of an experience. The bartender was great and knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. They accommodated our party which actually was larger than they usually would allow - that was really nice of them to do. Food and Drinks I didn't try any food - i'm actually not sure if they had any food. The main mission was the drinks. As explained earlier most of my experience was in the "talk" section of the bar - an intimate space in the back with it's on bar for small groups of people to experience. I think they prefer groups of 4 or smaller in that space. while there you can choose from a few different activities to find the drink for you. I rolled the dice for one drink and then talked to the bartender to give him an idea of what I would like and he made a drink based on our conversation. Both drinks were really good, flavorful and strong. Love them and will definitely be back for more. The overall experience was great. Overall Overall had a great experience here. Loved the environment, loved the drinks. If you're looking for a date night or a place to catch up with friends this is a wonderful place to go. I will definitely be back. I took my work team of 25 people to easytalk for a holiday gathering last night. I called easytalk a few days in advance to allow them to plan for staffing. They did a phenomenal job hosting us! The staff made fantastic drinks quickly with great service. The atmosphere is cozy with plenty of seating. There are many different nooks for 5 or 6 people to sit together comfortably. Many of my teammates said it is their new favorite beverage joint and plan to return soon. And for those who do not drink alcohol, most of their signature cocktails can be made as mocktails. Soooo happy to have this beautiful place in West Salem! Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Came here from Colorado to visit my sister and we landed on their Sunday School Cocktail Class for something to do. Absolutely amazing. Such good information and drinks. David was so knowledgeable and fun and this has been such a fun experience. Highly highly recommend with some friends or family. Easy going, laid back , amazing class! Simply, they are just the best. You can tell the entire team have worked on their craft and nailed it. We love that they have carried over some great staples from GF for you to enjoy at the Easy bar, and then the option to explore creativity at its finest back at Talk. Also, if you ever need a team to help with your private event, they are the ones to go to. So creative, fun and helpful along the way! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My wife and have never been big on cocktails.... until now. Absolutely amazing cocktails.... so good, that we have visited multiple times, each time trying something different. Every single drink that we have tried is spectacular! Not only are the drinks top notch but the service is exceptional! You cannot find a more professional and friendly staff who care about what they are doing and how you are treated and your experience than the great folks here. I was a big fan of the cocktails at Gingerfox, so when I saw the same folks opened a new concept, I knew I had to try it out. The decor and ambiance were fantastic. The staff was all very friendly and informative. The cocktails are hands down the best in Winston. The complexity of the drinks and use of unique ingredients (pandan, fennel, turmeric) blew my mind! I especially appreciate how well their drinks translate to mocktails. In summary, 10/10 would recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The cocktails were very delicious! They have N/A options also available! Environment was very modern and there was an outside area too along with a speak easy room too. They don’t have a kitchen, but they have snacks from around the world, for example different flavor chips from Japan. I highly recommend going there for a night out with friends, date night, first date etc! Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
