Well hadn't been to Dutch in awhile and just wasn't what it used to be. First needed the app to get my birthday coffee, and my friend who's birthday was 8 days later went and she down loaded the app the day I got denied.. Got her birthday coffee and wasn't asked for the app. Ran poorly. The employees obviously don't know the rules. And it used to have really friendly employees who made you want to come back. I see why my daughter who was a dutch true customer for years daily has now gone to Starbucks! Moscow Dutch not what it used to be.. Just got home from dutch bros and realized I got the wrong size of drink. I ordered a large and got a medium. I'll be back tomorrow to see if they'll do anything and if so, will update my review. Update: I went back and I honestly wasn't expecting much. They offered to give me two drinks of any size to me for free to make up for it. Disappointing I had to go back, but I'm honestly surprised how willing they were to make up for it.
