Hands down the worst location. My order was made incorrectly, which I normally wouldn’t complain about but it wasn’t even close to what I originally ordered. So I asked if they could just remake the 2 iced coffees. The associate said sorry that’s what the app said and after showing him my receipt showing that it was incorrect, he called his manager over who just stared at me blankly when I requested the drinks to be remade. The manager continued to stare….silently… and the associate just yelled at me and told me to go through the app because he couldn’t remake it. I left without my drinks and have yet to receive a refund after reaching out to Customer Service. Complete lack of not only customer service… but just human decency. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a very bad experience at this particular DD in Michigan City, IN.. I purchased $12.33 worth of food, in which one item was a hot coffee. I then asked about the free donut🍩 that was advertised as you get a free one with the purchase of the coffee. The employee at the window got mad and rude because I asked about it. Short story, I just asked for my money back only to be told by the rude Hindu Indian woman owner/manager that I am not welcome there anymore, just because I asked for a refund. They didn't honor their own free item advertisement! Well, I definitely will not spend my money with rude and disrespectful people!!! They get no STARS from me!!! *Had to put one to post my review. Price per person $10–20
