Stop at this dunkin every day before work. My only complaint is not all the workers know exactly what Splenda is for people that don't take sugar in their coffee. Went through drive through on Christmas morning between 9:30 and 10:20. Waited nearly 50 minutes for a drink, two sandwiches, bacon, and hash browns. I understand it was busy and went in and politely asked for an eta because it had been about 20 minutes of waiting. As I walked in I stood while employees had personal conversations ignoring me until I managed to get their attention to ask about my food and was met with the attention that I was somehow imposing them with a simple question. We just left this place. We went through the drive thru, told the lady we had a mobile order and asked to add something else to it. Pulled up and paid, they asked us to pull around to the parking space and they’ll bring the order out to us. We said “okay, no problem.” After 10 minutes, we decided to go inside and to wait and the worker there was bad mouthing us, not knowing we were in there. Saying “that guy DID NOT say he had a mobile order! He just took off from the window after paying.” Which was absolutely not true. This was the worst customer service I’d ever received there.
