I come here daily and about half the time they "forget" my Expresso shot in my coffee. I go back and just buy another one because they aren't forgetting they just think I won't notice and they don't like making expresso. Honestly if I was corporate Dunkin I'd pull this locations rights. They rob people by ripping them off out of laziness. I'm from Boston, this ain't how Dunkin runs at all. First thing I do in Boston is go to dunks because this location leaves me craving Dunkin. Ordered one donut when it was not busy at all and it took 15 minutes. The people at the counter were standing there while I waited. Never going here again, and if anyone reading this is thinking about going, go to the one on Alfred Street. Getting worse and worse every year. Not sure if Steve and wife still own it but lately the drive through has hand written notes on the speaker saying the drive through is closed. Don't go here if you're in a hurry. Been going here over a year. Drive thru keeps moving, even if slowly. But going inside is the worst thing you can do. They let you wait at the register and don't take your order. They just continously make incoming mobile orders even if they're placed after you show up. Lobby is full of customers in line and mobile orders waiting around. They aren't able to systematically handle their orders and keep lines moving. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

How does it take 30 minutes to burn my sandwich? Customer service... non existent. Order ahead online just to sit in the drive thru WINDOW for 30 minutes. Just to receive burnt food? Keep the beggars outside. I just gave one my coffee and donuts . And continued walking out the door. They were for another person entirely, who deserved it more. I would have gone back through and reorderd but it didn't feel safe anymore. He was sitting right there at the place you pick up your order. You all surely saw him begging. He wasn't starving either. He was on drugs.
