Poor customer service. My handy cap mom went to get a drink and they refused to put extra coffee in my mom’s drink and she would have paid extra. Well, you just lost 5 customers and I will be bad mouthing your store. Your don’t deserve a 1 star. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Their customer service is great. I have a Dunkin near me where I live and I stopped going there because I disliked the service. I started going to this one and they remember my name my order and everything! I accidentally ordered something a bit too early and it was sitting for awhile and they remade it for me and everything even when I was the person that placed the order for the wrong time!
