I had a terrible experience with a roundish faced blonde/brunette, i’m not sure her name but it began with an R. She asked me if I was illiterate when I asked what time they were closing, she rolled her eyes when I asked for extra cold foam and my donut came out misshaped. It's easy to order but the workers are so rude and pretty much throw your stuff towards you they say the price and that's it. They need people who actually like their job and workers who don't take it out on other people! I will not be going back here ever Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20

This store needs some serious training in all aspects of the business. Most of the employees are not patient to take the order and most of the time you do not get what you ask for. They may not care, but customers are paying for the service and it is not for free. Their Cappuccino usually tastes like burned milk. Their frozen coffees are usually full of cream making the drink tasteless. The only thing you may get right is their Chocolate Milk :) I have tried many different drinks from the store and each time the drink was not made as it should be. Please take action NOW.

Sometime in late summer they hired a young girl who has the most irritating voice. She also makes numerous mistakes on orders thru the drive in window. Every time I hear her voice I cringe. Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

The worst Dunkin to ever exist. Stay as far away as possible. They have yet to make an order correctly in 3 years of colleagues coming through. I stopped going here a while ago, but today I was desperate. Guys I work with fall into the same trap. They are the only shop this side of rt 1. Best to take the exit and loop back to Joes.
