Drove to this store, waited in line, was told ti hold on. Waited almost 5 minutes, ordered, and was promptly told the machine used for my choice was shut down for closing. It was 3-1/2 hours before closing. Very disappointed. Service: 2

Excellent service. The app was not working properly and the girl that helped me out was patient to try to figure it out. It didn’t end up working and she knew what the coupon was for so she ended up just giving me my coffee because it was supposed to be free anyways with my purchase. They are very patient and friendly there. They also made my iced coffee perfect there noones ever makes it that well. Well job girls! I order ahead and do the walk-in pick up but the lobby is often, but without pattern or consistency, closed. It’s impossible to cancel the order or get a refund so you just end up losing money. You could hop in the drive through line and get the walk in pick up that way but, when the lobby is closed, the line is often around the building. Obviously very understaffed and they should no be blamed but upper management could manage expectations on app orders because it is possible to turn the ability to order off and on depending on the capacity for fulfill orders.

We have stopped at this Dunkin’s several times over the last 3 months. The trash can out front is always full and running over, the floors are a mess and the bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in many days. We not be stopping here again. Makes me wonder what the food prep area is like. ?!?

Have lost multiple to go orders because they decide to shut down the lobby while allowing you to order anyways. Then the drive through lines around the building, meaning I can’t wait or risk being late to work. This has happened to me today for atleast the 3rd and final time. I will not be back and I live 2 minutes away. I’m just out the money in orders never mind the frustration, just turn the to go machine off at this point. Or lock the doors for good and close.

Service was great! Coffee was great! However..driveway is kind of a hazard. The bushes make it so you can't see to the left so you kind of have to guess if someone is coming. Don't get me wrong. Russian roulette is fun, but I'd like to be able to continue giving your company my money..I can't do that if I'm rolled over.

Great service and clean. Cozy places to sit with comfortable lounge chairs. With a T.V. if that's your thing.
