This dunkin location is conveniently located right off Rte 1. The lobby is clean and there are bathrooms for customers. There are only a few seats for dine-in but it's clean. Most people use the drive thru. I've generally had a good experience here whether I went inside or used the drive thru. It's a convenient location for travelers on 1. Could not use my $5 GC to pay for my coffee and donut plus using cash to purchase more GCs. Could have been done in separate orders but workers did not suggest or even think of that option. I did and at that point the transaction had already happened. Not offered a refund. Had to pay cash for my coffee and donut. Gave the $5 GC away to my grandchildren who used it. A late afternoon stop on a long road trip landed me here at a new Dunkin. The young lady at the counter was very polite and friendly, and I enjoyed watching her prepare my Chai Latte. She was very precise and careful in her movements, taking a few moments longer to get things just right rather than slamming things together in a rush. It was pleasant to sit in a lounge chair to enjoy my drink and donut while reading a book. It was quiet that time of day and the break gave me the recharge that I needed to carry on. Thanks, Dunkin.
