Many people come to degust good hash browns and nicely cooked breakfast sandwiches. You will enjoy its food, particularly tasty bagels and perfectly cooked croissants. A collection of great latte or delicious tea is offered to visitors. If you look through the guests' comments, the staff is gracious at this restaurant. Nice service is something guests appreciate here. The enjoyable atmosphere gladdens visitors and attracts more clients. But a number of people who use Google didn't give Dunkin' a high rating.

Never enough staff. Always an insane wait time. Drive thru is priority over all customers lined up inside, not that the drive thru is much more efficient. Insane amount of wait time for a fast food place. Very unorganized. Out of items frequently. Always crumbs and left over food all over every table, and all over the floor. Overall just poorly ran the past year or so. Honestly not a single positive thing to say about this location. Along with staff that has zero customer service and is just blatantly rude. Definitely would not have good business if there was competition near by. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very rude drive through person on August 19 2023 at 12:50 p.m. she took our money and didn't give us our $4 back so we asked for it they rudely said i have no change in my drawer I can't. We did end up getting our change with more attitude. Then we ordered 2 lattes they were Oatmilk and pumpkin swirl we asked if there was espresso in them they said I don't know i didn't make it. Then 2 minutes later they handed us the 2nd latte also just oatmilk and pumpkin swirl and said they said yeah there is espresso. There wasn't there was 0 taste or look of any coffee or espresso. Food was great, the service was not. But I ordered three drinks. When i received only two, the help said my third drink was being made - it was only coffee. But after 2 minutes, i returned to the counter...by then they we super busy, so I had wait another 5 or 6 minutes for my coffee. Other than that, it was okay. 8 of us walked in, there were two employees working. The kid at the counter had just helped people before us then those customers left. At this time, we are the only customers in there . He looked at us and went out back. The girl working was working the window. She saw us all standing there too. Not one of them acknowledged us. We stood there for about 5 min. And my friend spoke up and said " Excuse me, is anyone working the counter?" The girl turns around and says " I'll be with you when I can, there's only two of us in the building. We then started talking amongst eachother saying they needed more help. The girl turns around and raises her voice and says " I TOLD YOU ID BE RIGHT WITH YOU!" my husband said " yes, you just said that" then she replies with "Well, I can hear you guys talking about it" my husband said " we we're just talking amongst ourselves" that girl is horrible at customer service. The only time she really acknowledged us was to snap at us because she thought we were talking about her. They didn't have anything we wanted either. Out of lots of menu items and donuts. Two of us ordered an energy drink and they only had one can to split with two drinks. ( the inventory was the least of my concern as it happens) it's the attitude we recieved. When I specify to "burn my bagel, make it black" and it comes our looking like it was hardly toasted, where did the break down happen? Maybe it was the order taker who was on their cell phone while working? Was it the sandwich maker who just didn't care? Maybe it was the cashier who couldn't even apologize when I brought the bagel back. No matter who it was, none of the folks involved in that transaction really cared about the accuracy of my order. With all the systems and tools in place it shouldn't be hard to get a customers order correct. Please consider putting a team in place that can better serve the customer. Clean location with friendly staff and a good variety of choices. You can order ahead with the app and pick-up inside or via the drive-thru, or you can order at the location. No space is available for dining in, and face masks are required.

One of the busiest shop in the morning and evening hours. We had gone to this shop few times.. Staffs were very polite. Covering both in store and drive thru.. In the morning there was a long queue on the drive thru.. Staffs were very pro-active, monitored the drive thru crowd, gone to each vehicle and taken the orders. This was beyond the expectation.. Rock starts ⭐️ 🌟 I recommend this store!!
