I went here once with a friend when they were open according to google maps and the fact that the door was unlocked. There was no one in the restaurant. There is a Dunkin’ Donuts down the street with much better service. Service: 1

Safa and Ramila do an incredible job in the mornings. They always get my order correct and are consistently able to attend to all customers needs during busy mornings. Jacob does a fantastic job in the afternoon. He’s A+ customer service and always gets my order correct - even if it’s just him working with many customers coming all at once. Millie and Diane are a great team on Sunday mornings. They do an amazing job. And whenever Shain is working, he always makes great drinks and prepares food very well and is extremely personable. The woman who was working here when I came in is an absolute angel. So warm and welcoming which is something I’m not used to living in Boston lmao. She made my day. (Dunkin if you’re reading this she had blonde hair and was wearing silver hoop earrings and seemed to know all the costumers coming in!!! absolute angel! give her a raise!!!!!!!)

Went in to grab a coffee today, only one lady working (older lady, did get her name)and she was rushing around and complaining to customers that she was only one working. When it was my turn to order She made hand motions for me to talk faster when I was ordering my coffee(rude) and then when I gave her the ticket I had to get my coffee for $1 after 2pm she let out a HUGE Sigh which I also thought was extremely rude and unprofessional. I definitely won't be visiting this location again if that's how they treat customers.

Very small little location in the middle of a strip mall. Only a couple chairs, so don’t bring more than a friend. Typical coffee and food. Staff is friendly when/if they actually talk to you. Usually pretty good with order accuracy. Pretty cool nod to the community with a “hall of fame.”

I have loved this dunks for years the girls in the morning are amazing but lately I have been stuck with this one employee who has yet to make my sandwich right (after months and I'm in there everyday!!) I've never seen someone make faces and sigh in my face when I order I legit go to a different dunks half the time now it stinks cause this one is right down the street and the service was excellent before this
