Adult dsughter and I have been meeting there on Wednesday morning for over a year to just catch up and have coffee and snack. On 2/28/24 at 10 we got coffee and snacks and we were the only lobby customers. When we sat down the workers started some music so loud we could not chat so we asked to have it turned down and they agreed but never did it. Since no other inside customers it had to be for staff benefit only. We told them we would have to leave and they still did not turn it down so we left and ate in the car. New owners same problems. No donuts at all at 11am. Worst donut shop of all time. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Service is up and down. Have had excellent service, but have also had very poor service. The food taste is consistent, but have had a handful of times that the order is wrong. The iced coffee drinks are very inconsistent. Sometimes they are sweet and flavorful, other times they are bitter and you can barely taste the flavor you chose. Everytime I go in its always clean,the service is quick,even if you take along time to decide they help by describing what kind of food it is before you order,smiles I see smiles all the time on their faces! It seems like this place got better since new management came along. I will Definitely come back!
