I went thru the drive thru and was right through. Food was fresh and delicious as well as my drink. I got a ham & Swiss croissant, a mocha frozen coffee and a donut. Everything was great. I have been to plenty of different dunkin donuts through pa. Honestly this one was by far the best.. Every time I come here the drive through clerks don't listen to my order and give me an incorrect order. Then when I bring it to their attention they get nasty with me, which is ironic considering they have a sign in the window requesting that we treat their staff politely. Service: 1

There's a sign on the window saying to be polite to the workers. I find it ironic that I'm never treated well when I go there. They will literally roll their eyes and sigh if they have to make a beverage they don't want to make. Frozen coffee is never frozen like it should be at this location. At least 1/3 of it is just liquid. I've heard several times that the machine is broken. I'm not sure how the machine can't crush quite enough ice? This is probably going on a year now. I usually order mine with a shot of espresso. This time it was 2/3 just liquid. Was told this is because the espresso is hot. Do they use hot coffee to make iced coffees? (they shouldn't) Why not keep some cold espresso shots for iced coffees? Is the machine really broken? Tired of the poor quality and apathetic attitudes.
