Terrible service! We order coffee through the app from this location almost every weekend. Every time we are either missing part of the order, the order is made incorrectly, or they don’t have our order and we have to wait for them to make it after we sat in the drive thru line that wrapped around the building. Changing my review due an improvement this location has gone through. Every now & then some things are off such as yesterday I got an iced coffee versus today. Today was a lot better than yesterday. The manager was standing around talking about the weather while two girls were standing in the window yelling orders at the 1 girl making all of the drinks and handling the counter. Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Food was poorly made and gross. drinks were good but I felt so bad for the 1 girl they had doing everything. HOT coffee served as it been sitting out for a bit it not hot at all, wrong order given twice, waiting to order through drive through over 25 min to then get wrong order coffee is not made correctly ever. This place sucks 15 minutes in driveway and yet they say wait for a moment. Its always low on staff. No schedule sometime they close without any prior notification. Better go somewhere else.
