Let me tell you this has been the absolute best experience at a dunkin I have ever had... the young man and woman were literally the encounter I needed.. made me laugh and smile were exceptionally kind to me even though I have never been here I felt like I had been coming here forever... 1000000 out of 10 if I could give more stars I would!!!! It's a breath of fresh air seeing the kindness they showed!!!!

This is one of the places I shop at daily. What I can say is that their drinks, snacks and food are always great. Never a dull moment when you go there, trust me if you walk in there sad you will walk out feeling happy 😊 I love It there.

My recent experience at Dunkin Donuts in Lake Forest, IL was not great. The two ladies working there seemed unenthusiastic and uninterested in providing good customer service. When I ordered an Americano, they claimed that I had ordered a Machiatto instead, despite me clearly stating what I wanted. Additionally, they didn't offer to give me the difference in price, and I had to ask for it myself.
I was disappointed that the staff didn't apologize for their mistake, and when I thanked them at the end of my visit, they simply responded with a nonchalant "no problem." Overall, their lack of customer service was not up to the standards that Dunkin Donuts should strive for.
Despite this experience, I have enjoyed Dunkin Donuts in the past and appreciate their tasty drinks and snacks. However, I hope that the management of this particular location takes feedback from customers seriously and works to improve their staff's attitudes and level of service.
I was in Lake Forest visiting my family and came into this Dunkin specifically to show my husband the town. It was a highlight of our visit! The staff was beyond friendly and kind! The best customer service I have experienced in a long time!

The worst customer service I've ever had at a Dunkin Donuts. The lady at the register was clueless and rude. Service was slow and the staff members were in a horrible mood (I guess). There were no "Good Mornings" no "Thank You". Really BAD Never going back.
If they're open they're okay, but open at 5am like it's posted, maybe once a week. They definitely need better management.
Update 15MAR. 530 in the morning... still closed...
Another attempt to get coffee at 615, and they're closed. See employees inside, but the lights are off and the doors locked.
