Absolutely phenomenal experience. The ambience and atmosphere is perfect for a cocktail or two. Sage was awesome in helping us choose what cocktails fit our tatses. Drastic Measures is fantastic! This was our second visit and we really enjoyed the unique and inspired cocktails. We sampled the Clothed & Alone, Teaches of Peaches, Deadeye Diaz, and Measured Approach. Our favorite by far was the Deadeye Diaz - a true standout with a smokey mezcal cut with passionfruit and lime augmented with a spicy chili oil. Try it if you’re feeling bold! This is SUCH a cool spot that everyone needs to check out! Definitely worth the wait when there is one. They have stellar drinks that you won’t find anywhere else. There is such a cool vibe & they are always friendly there! A great place for date night or a night out with friends. Nope! Terrible drinks. Rude/ classless staff. Also , bartender Nate , don’t lick your fingers when making drinks. Eww! And yelling at customers in the establishment low class move. Some customer service training for staff is needed. I realize it’s hard for businesses to get employees nowadays, so they have to kind of scrape the bottom of the barrel to get staffed, but it is not doing them any favors if not trained properly. Also, making customers wait outside in freezing temps when there is empty seats inside to create fake hype is not cool either. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We were there celebrating a very happy milestone in my sisters career.. We came in with four women. After clarifying with our server ( which he said yes) that it would be ok to have 6 more people join us at the booth BESIDE US ( a whole different table). The other people we knew showed up 30 min after we had already been there. We didn’t once know our “party size” everyone was let in like normal, we sat at two different booths. We all bought drinks and paid for them, after being there for 20 min. The bar manager came to our table to let us know he didn’t appreciate that we “lied about our group size. He was extremely passive aggressive and unprofessional that he even had to post about the situation on Instagram.. They had 10 people there at two different tables, that we were told would be ok and we were all paying for drinks. So bc this was obviously a terrible miscommunication, you have now lost 10 paying customers who all come from different types of business backgrounds, and word of mouth is your best friend in the service industry. If we were spoke too in a more professional “bar manager” manner, this situation would have been handled and understood, but it was tacky.
