We usually stop by Dr. Juice for a shake or a smoothie by the sea, but this time, we got sandwiches at Quad. What a difference it was! Great choice of foods. The atmosphere was just really fantastic. Really disappointing Customer service. I wanted to modify my order placed via Wolt. (Wanted to remove Bacon as I don't eat it) I tried to call nonstop for more 30 minutes but nobody responded even two times line was found busy but still nobody responded at all. So food I ordered became useless for me. Can't rate Food as I didn't eat it. I don't understand the logic of posting number if you are not going to respond. At least I am never gonna order anything in future. Not Recommended if you have chance to face the similar situation as no body will pick up you call. What's the use of staying open till 19 00 when last Friday 21st April i went at 18 00 for a coffee like i other times and the girl behind the counter told me i can't cause i am cleaning the machine.Negative experience. I had to go somewhere else.

I love dr juice, but having an item (flat white coffee) on the menu and asking customer what is it and how do I prepare it.. can’t rate that customer service of newly opened branch any better..
