Well, what can I say that hasn’t already been said by other reviews about how ridiculously long the delivery time was. I understand Saturday can be a busy night. I worked at a Dominoes over 20 years ago. But 3 hours? Come on, man. Ordered a pizza for my kids at 7:30, and by the time we got the order, my one daughter was asleep in bed. They did acknowledge how it things could have been better in an email and sent me a coupon code for my next order (if there is one. Maybe a weeknight instead of the weekend for me.) But they should somehow give you an HONEST estimate how long delivery times are going to be, so customers can maybe order something from somewhere else for dinner and not be too disappointed—along with possibly making our day a bit worse— and then maybe Dominoes could keep from losing more customers. Ordered at 8:22 on Saturday and was given a 30-40 min wait time. After an hour and a half we gave the location a call and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. After almost 3 hours we drove to the location and all the lights were on, said open, but door was locked. It is now Sunday and we still have not been able to contact anyone, including any sort of general customer service. Not sure how this location is still operating, save yourself the headache and order elsewhere.

This location is not staffed enough to meet basic expectations. Over the last few months we have tried to order from the Newtown Square store. We experienced long wait times just to find out there is no driver for delivery, or the location is closed. The past two times we waited an hour to just to discover we would need to order out somewhere else. The online ordering app will allow you place an order for delivery even though they dont have a driver and takes your money. It will not let you provide feedback because the order is still in the que. I frequently pick up my own orders and would like to know before I put my order into the automation void that delivery is not an option. This is not a dig at the only staff member that is present, they are doing their best. I ordered a medium cheese at 3:32, then when i arrived at the store at 4:25, it was still being processed. It was not even in the oven or cooked. I also trying going into the store but it was lock when the sign is lit up OPEN!!! APPARENTLY THERES NO ONE IN THE STORE. Unfortunately we picked an evening when new management was still training staff. Normally this was a great place go delicious pizza anytime. However, the pizza I received was awful. It was hard, barely sliced thru, no seasonings, tasted very bland.immediately called and asked to speak to the manager. He told me he was very sorry that they were working with new trainees and that some of them were not as adept at their jobs. He offered to send me another pizza as soon as his driver got back. I declined and suggested that he contact the pre-virus owner and find out how he did it. With all the advertising Domino’s does on tv you would think they would have a fully trained staff available for the store. I hope they get their act together or we’ll have to drive to Havertown the next time we want Domino’s.
