I don’t leave reviews really ever but I feel this is important! Well I have ordered here many of times and why I don’t know because everytime I guess I feel it will be better! NOPE gets worse every time tonight obvisously took 2.5 hours to get our pizzas and after that the pizza was uncooked/no good! Tried calling no answer. Very unprofessional and will never order here again and will definitely tell people to do the same very very unhappy. P.s.what the hell is quality check for if you don’t check the pizza for quality What a waste of $50 bucks!!

I ordered a 5 cheese dip and bread twists and received half tomato sauce and half alfredo.. Waited on hold for 20 minutes and no one answered while trying to call the store. Went in the next day to complain and he said he cant refund that part the next day but can give me credit (which I have to be IN the store in order to use it) I felt bad because the guy wasn't there last night, so it was not on him, but that just feels like a bad way to do business.

Ordered 170 pizzas from here for an event, and I picked up the order. Food was all hot every time I got there and dropped off, they did an awesome job. Shout out to the staff here and the management. You guys did great and we truly appreciate it!

Used to be good but has gone totally downhill. They routinely mess up orders or can't deliver them. Today we ordered early in the evening and after 65 minutes the tracker said it wasn't in the oven yet. I had to call and wait on hold and they said they were short on drivers. They estimated it would be another 2.5 hours to get my order to me. I get that they are short staffed but then shut down orders. They have that power. Just seems like incompetence at this point. After all that, they didn't even give us a discount on our order. Awful. UPDATE: Gave them another shot and once again same poor experience. Waiting 1.5 hours and no sign of pizza even being made. Went to the store and it was a madhouse. They weren't bothering to even answer the constantly ringing phone. I asked if they had a way to turn off online orders when they fall behind and manager said they do.but they honestly get so far behind they don't have time to switch ordering off. This place is spiraling out of control.

2 to 3 hour wait times, sometimes it just sits on order being prepped on the tracker and then hours later your order is just cancelled, multiples incidents of it saying the order was delivered when it was not. don't order from here.

Half my pizza was eaten and had slobber on a piece... My child ate a piece of it by accident and knowing your staff and their poor hygiene my child is on the way to get his stomach pumped n charcoaled... Ruined my childs life for life. And he's a black marginalized child! Unacceptable work practices!!
