I got The Reverse cookie and it was amazing. I probably shouldn't have eaten the whole thing in one sitting, but it was too good to stop. You probably shouldn't eat a meal before getting one of these bad boys.

Dirty Dough is a cookie shop; don't expect tables to sit at. There's an awesome mural that keeps my kid entertained while our cookies are being prepared. It's a fun treat and we'll continue returning again and again.

The cookies from Dirty Dough are simply amazing! We got the dirty dozen with six different kinds of cookies and all of them were baked perfectly. Warm, soft and gooey. I would most definitely recommend Dirty Dough for a sweet treat.

Starting with accessibility, there's no left turn into dirty dough. There is a right turn. So I had to drive up further and turn at KSM music to snake back to the establishment. Service was kind, but there was only one worker there at the front and she seemed to be dealing with about a hundred trays of cookies all by herself. Ordering was a breeze (I got a dirty shake and payed with credit). The wait was a fat second which I felt could've been avoided if there had been another employee there. I thought the price was a little high (5.87) but when it saw the size of the cup it didn't seem as outrageous. There's not really a place to sit down. There are two small tables out front.
I noticed the shop when I was looking for snacks close to our accomodation. The visitor centre in the old court house gave a bit of background on how the store started and recommended we give it a try. I wanted a shake and it comes with a cookie. I was walking back to my hotel, when I realized a young lady was calling my name. The cookie didn't make it into the shake. I didn't even notice. She offered to run and add it, but I figured it would be easier on the side. The shake was so chocolatey, the cookie, a chocolate chip, is certainly deserving of the recognition.
I seriously LOVE their cookies and shakes! I’ve spent way too much money here since they opened. 🫣 I don’t even like cookies and cream ice cream but their cookies and cream shake is SO good.
I heard that there was once a lemon 🍋 cookie. If you can find it in your heart to bring it back, I promise I’ll spend even more money here. 🤓🤙🎉
Do you ever love a company so much? I have been here 3x in the last mo and their quality service is ALWAYS top notch! Despite my gluten issues, they provide the best service for me and my family!!! The taste of the cookies put other companies to shame. Thanks for placing the smile on my children and my face!
Great customer service, awesome recommendations, fast and efficient! I was pleasantly surprised at the price and flavor of their cookies. Even their smart packaging was impressive and helpful with reheating directions. I tried the Brookie, you won’t be disappointed with any of their treats!
I had a bad first experience. Cookies were undercooked (doughy... but it's in their name...), and deteriorated when you tried to hold them, and the flavor just wasn't all the way there. I see some complain they are too sweet; for me they weren't sweet enough, by a mile.
Their customer service reached out and they were AWESOME! So we went back.
The experience with the cookies was similar. Just not that great.
But the shake. The shake changed evverything. The texture, the flavor, the size. It was heaven. It will probably be what kills me, actually... and then sends me to heaven.
I give the cookies 2 stars, the customer service 5 stars, and the shake 8 stars, for an even 5-star average.
