The boba tea is always delicious whenever I stop in. The staff are nice, but don't always greet you. The store is clean and bright! The only real downside is, I'm not sure what air freshener or cleaner they are using, but it's always so strong when I go in and I can't wait to get my drink and leave. I wish the cashier would've been enthusiastic to want to help us, instead of making us feel stupid for not knowing what was inside the drinks. The Boba shop on Cherry Rd, in Rock Hill, was more happy to recommend to us drinks and tell us what was inside the drinks. The Rock Hill one actually helped us and asked us how we liked the drink and helped us customize our drinks to our liking. But inside here, the girl made me feel dumb for not knowing the drinks from THIS specific location, which I let her know that it was our first time here. She proceeded with her faces. As soon as we were done with ordering, she left the register and sat down with another female on their computers. I won't be coming back.
