Great experience cashier very polite and charming. Need more like her makes you feel welcomed and want to come back and shop. Her name was Lisa. She's great keep up the good job and thankyou

I prefer Dillons for several reasons and the best one is their people. They are the best at Dillons in Pratt, Ks. Secondly, their produce and fruit always look fresh and well stocked with an orderly appeal. Third reason i believe is very important belongs to the meat market and deli. Good people committed to their customers and pride in their cleanliness in their departments.

Five stars hands down! I'm in Dillons at least every other day, mainly because I shop as needed and not in bulk. The staff is very friendly and I'm always greeted with a smile. The prices are reasonable and even if something isn't on the shelf you can ask and have them check for you. I've come a custom to seeing familiar staff faces and they are always helpful. I normally go through self checkout now that they have one because to me it's faster. I love using my Dillons card to save on groceries and also on gas. I go to Dillons for groceries and other items before the other options in town. Recommend Dillons to everyone!

Yeah Dillons has great deals and all that but today the cashier was rude and really snoty towards me. I'm gonna do my shopping in Great Bend or Hutchinson when it comes to Dillons. I was half tempted to leave my cart there and walk out that's how furious I was with her.

The store is just to small to handle rush hour after work. You will spend twice the time in here than Walmart. Parking lot is a nightmare and entering our exciting is a nightmare at best. But still a good place to shop if they installed a light at one of three entries it would be a much safer better functioning faculty.
