I paid online for an order at 2pm to be ready at 5:15pm. They didn’t call or inform me my order as was could not be completed because they didn’t have everything. What rib place runs out of ribs? They waited until I was instore to tell me and I had no other choice than to go with what I had. I paid for a $100 for a party pack and they couldn’t deliver and didn’t even discount. Pretty poor service. Lady working seemed annoyed. Didn't get all the food. Asked for wings and she let out a big sigh. Smaller portions then expecting. Tried giving our order to someone else. I've been a longtime fan of Dickeys, but this time was bad experience. Prices have been raised, the soda fountain was out of order and worst of all my bbq was ice cold. Ordered the chicken sandwich meal #1 got the grissle where the breast attaches to the bones. Couldn't chew some parts. Meat was soo dry and aged looking. Portion sizes on the sides have gotten much smaller and the prices have gotten much larger. Couldn't get fountain soda their machine wasn't working. 1 employee when it should've been lunch rush.... to say i wont be back is an understatement. Very disappointed. Wanted the turkey it shows online but now that's seasonal. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
