I ordered a fish plate as I’ve done before. When eating I noticed the fish had an odd smell after tasting it had an unpleasant taste. It clearly was not fresh. I flipped the fish around and it was soggy and soaked in oil, the beans were cold. I don’t understand how I was served old nasty food when I was told 20 minutes. I arrived and still waited an additional 20 minutes. I called the restaurant to inform them of the issue. I was told that they only sell fresh fish and the owner was not there and to come to the restaurant, so they can taste it! Like What?! however it was not guaranteed that they would be able to replace the order or give me a refund. A total joke! The audacity for them to tell me they want to taste it instead correcting it. It’s unfortunate they do not value their customers, Very poor customer services. Needless to say money wasted! Just avoid them altogether! The food is great. Service is ridiculously slow. Every time I call ahead, I arrive, my order has NEVER been ready. I have to wait additional time and then people are just able to walk in and walk right up to someone to ask for their order, skipping the entire line which I don’t think is fair. It’s rude.
