Today was the first time I've ever been to this restaurant, and my first impression was not a very positive one if I'm being honest. The waitress lady, Sandra was not very attentive, courteous, nor considerate of my friend and I. We were their first customers because we arrived at 9am, as soon as they opened up. The volume on the music was turned up, then down, then back up, to the point that I had to request that they please lower the volume just a bit since we couldn't hear each other due to the loudness of the music. The quality of the food was good, but the attitude and inattentiveness of Sandra left a bad taste in my mouth, and an overall negative impression of this restaurant. I also had the opportunity to observe her interact with other patrons and she was very friendly, kind and considerate of them, but not with us; and mind you, my friend is a regular customer at this restaurant and mentioned that this lady always has this attitude with her.
