Food was ok but they packed my entire order in one bag so I ask the server if everything was in the bag and they said yes its all there but they forgot my 4pcs cheesecake bites that I paid for. I'm sure it wouldn't be ok for me to take food I didn't pay for but its crazy to me how its always ok for the staff to forget your items as if it was somehow free. So now I'm out that money cause I can't go back. Plus Avocado on carne asada fríes was really old and dark definitely not edible. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Ordered a fish taco - this is what I got. Burnt, hard as a rock, and disgusting. It was very small too - that's one bite missing. Person at the drive thru looked 15, couldn't count change, and covered in hickies! And they have a tip jar taped to the window. SMH. This is what it's come too. Too many other choices. Beware this is what you'll get. Saw the owners response... no way.. why the heck should i have to go to another website to complain and for what purpose? My husbands fav eating fast food place. We dont have one in Cottonwood..wish we did. It's about 60 miles to one in Flagstaff or Prescott. Got the breakfast rollers. Worst customer service I've ever had I went through the drive thru I told them my fries were cold I got from the kid at the window. I'm sorry about that. They even asked me you want me to make you fresh ones. So I asked for corporate's number. He went then and got a some snotty little skinny Mexican girl. I believe to be a manager and she was rude. Said I don't have corporates number which is a lie cuz if she didn't have it. She could have got it for me. She said all she has is the store manager's number and she couldn't give it to me and then she was like do you want us to make you fresh ones by then I was already mad. Worst customer service ever. I do not recommend going to the del Taco in Flagstaff. I wish I would have got their names. I will never go back to that store ever and as expensive as fast food has been I thought that was pretty wrong. I could have went and had a set down meal for the price. Dinning area was filthy and I didn’t want to touch anything. The area with utensils and napkins had mix matched sauce packets just piled up so to pick which sauce you wanted you would have to dig thru it all! Small portions on the pulled pork/bacon fries and the large shake I ordered looked like a small and tasted like it was stored in a rubber barrel!! 1st and last time I will eat here. The definition of a 4 star rating. To be 5 star you need a cherry on top. Either a good attitude (towards the customer) out maybe some human remarks like "How's your day" the idea is to get people to make this "their" place to come to. Foods always fresh. Store is clean. It's never packed and I've never had to wait in a line. BUT the staff is very unfriendly. Customer service is horrible they do not smile or care to help after you place your order. Doesnt matter how many new hires you see. Must be a qualification at the interview to dislike people in general.

The food was horrible, I ordered two chicken sandwiches and a bean and cheese burrito and french fries I asked for fresh ones she gave me cold and hard fries. They weren’t even busy.
