They can get extreamlu busy here but even so the employees are always pleasant and friendly. I go out of my way to use the same laundry mat every week because it's right by this Dairy Queen, and I know I can get my lunch here every time and have a good experience. Either they need to update their hours or be open. Showed up at 835pm to find it closed with all lights off. Went into DrugMart next door. When we came back out at 900pm there was a light on inside with someone walking around.

I had a last-minute change of heart for a sweet birthday surprise. They had everything I needed and got me in and out in a flash! Great service and the ice-cream cake was a hit. So, win-win for me. I received completely melted ice cream. When I opened the lid it was so melted and filled to the top that it spilled all over the sides of the cup and then onto me. I am not the type to be super picky so I decided I would try to eat it anyways and when I put my spoon in it to even try to eat any of it I realized even the bottom of it was melted. There weren’t any frozen chunks I could even eat. I ordered a blizzard and blizzards are not ever supposed to be this melted. When I went inside to ask for a new blizzard the women rolled her eyes at me and when she opened the lid it was so melted that it spilled all over her hand. She then told me she would make a new one as she rolled her eyes at me again. This experience was completely unprofessional and I will not be coming back.
