This place is very unorganized! I ordered 7 meals and they got them all wrong. They asked me to bring my order back inside to check them. They opened all the sandwiches spread them out and touched each one and said the orders were correct all we needed was some jalapeños. They expected me to take the sandwiches they reopened and retouched and fingered back to my family to eat. They refused to remake my sandwiches and refused to refund me for sandwiches we would not take back. The manager Theresa Lockwood was very rude and unprofessional. The food was not made fresh as requested either. If I could give them zero stars I would. I have never been treated this way and we left the place hungry. Never again!! By far the worst DQ ever. We specifically asked them to make the patties fresh. On top of that the buns were stale and when we took the food back in to give them a chance to make it right the manager was the worst. She was rude we gave her all the food back to either make it right or refund the money and she did neither. We threw it away in front of her hence why I’m leaving this review. The manager was very rude and would not fix our food as we asked for no mustard and mayonnaise and some chilis in our burgers and they all came out wrong. The meat was very dry and the workers were all sick. They were coughing all over our food and didn’t fix our order after touching the burgers that they tried to give back to us. Very bad service the manager was rude and would not fix our order in all my years of working in restaurants I have never rejected fixing a customers order. Because the customer is always right and that’s what all businesses go by. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
