The cashier skipped my order so my husband had to add it at the end ( I was third out of four people in our order). She skipped my husband’s blizzard order. The hot dog rolls were stale. The fries were cold. The drink machine was broken and instead of filling our drinks right after they were ordered, the customers had to discover the machine was broken and go back to the counter to wait for someone to acknowledge us and fill our drinks. This then crowded the ordering area. They did not give us the correct amount of dessert coupons. In summary, this was the worst experience we have had eating anywhere. Went on a Friday night (11/17/23) one hour before closing. Fries were cold. Staff were out of control. Yelling, screaming, laughing loudly and ruined our experience. Really obnoxious. Will never dine in again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
