Came into this Prospect location Saturday night, March 2. This has got to be the worst location for service, quality, and staff. The young guy working messed up our blizzard which was served an absolute mess. Had to show the female manager who told him to make again because it wasn’t the right Blizzard and just messy. He honestly looked angry and made me very uncomfortable. The drive thru does not move quick at all and had to go inside along with the car in front of us. The manager did not step in to really help the order. She was drinking a soda. The icecream cone was melting as he had to remake the blizzard. The inside was dirty upon entering. I wouldn’t give one star. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst run DQ we've ever seen! Twice now the employees are on an "intermission" break for 30 minutes. Get this franchise together, we live locally and will not be back! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
