I was looking for this place and it is no longer there. Out of business. I wish they come back.
TTHIS LOCATION IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED.
After waiting in line for 15 minutes, they closed without explanation or apology with at least 10 cars in line. Poor excuse for customer service. Fortunately, the supermarket down the street has ice cream and knows how to treat its customers. While the apology by the management indicates that they monitor reviews, the lack of an explanation for this bizarre incident is puzzling
So impressed with the workers in Dairy Queen today. They know their job, they pay attention to detail, their manners and the products they handed me were impeccable. I couldn't have asked for a better fast food experience. I brought home something for later and I was so pleased it actually made me look for the ability to contribute a review online. Those employees are a credit to your establishment. I will say they must be local because everywhere I visited in Pojoaque/Santa Fe area, I was today I was treated with respect, dignity and old school manners that I haven't seen in a very long time. Thank you for that!!

My family and I visited this DQ on Friday, July 9, 2021. The temperature that day was in the mid 90's. I noticed when I pulled up to the window, there were several fans running inside the restaurant near the take-out window. I asked the person if their AC was broken. They said yes. It sounded like it either was shut off or hadn't been working for awhile. Horrible working conditions. I ordered a vanilla cone. The ice cream tasted like ice with a little vanilla flavoring. Horrible! The rest of my family ordered Blizzards. The candy mixed in to the Blizzards tasted stale and the ice cream had little to no butterfat, to the point the ice cream was translucent! Once again, very little taste to the ice cream. The employees were very nice, efficient, and had our order ready quickly. Very patient with us, as we changed our order several times. Not sure if the owner is experiencing financial problems and they are trying to save money by serving substandard food, in substandard working conditions, but I won't be going back to this particular DQ. window. I asked the person handing
Of all the years I have lived here, they have never had unsweet iced tea. I have on multiple occasions have to change my food order because whatever it is that I order 'they don't have it.' Servers are good. Need new management. I will not be returning to this location. The drive-thru is the kicker... if someone gets behind you at the order sign, you are stuck in line behind the next guy(s) until their order is served. This place is horrible IMHO due to the owners and/or management!

Food was okay, so was the ice cream. However, the political signs for blaming and shaming are not appropriate. I go to eat and enjoy the ice cream not to read signs on finger blaming why no one works. It's not the customers fault nor should it be. We understand the current employment situation but be polite and remove politics from the signage. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10
