The food was good but it took fifty minutes to make (two pancake platters and two eggs sandos) and they ran out of coffee, which isn’t a great thing for a coffee shop to do. There were only two other parties in the place so I don’t know what accounted for the slow service. The upshot is that the place is always open and it’s cheap. The food is fresh and tastes very good! Service is quite quick. Please is clean and service is friendly. We liked the omelettes and coffee is good, too. Good place for breakfast. Don’t go here. Slow service and a waste of time. I ordered coffee and a sandwich and initially felt bad for the staff who had a huge influx from the ferry. But an hour plus later we still didn’t have food and they refused to refund me because “she was making it.” They should’ve refunded me for the coffee I didn’t receive at least. I left without a refund or food and my group asked for the sandwich they thought was mine that was ready and they refused to give it to us. Go to the supermarket across the street and don’t waste your time here. They were rude to my group after I left. I asked to cancel and when it was refused I said “that’s fine” and walked out. Likely they gave my sandwich to someone else and took the cash. My friend ordered a bagel that also took more than an hour- and it was just a bagel and cream cheese. DO NOT FALL IN THIS TOURIST TRAP. this place looks nice from the outside but it’s a complete scam. We came in and there was about 10 orders ahead of line. Once we ordered it took AN HOUR AND 30 MINIUTES for 2 plates. We couldn’t even get our drinks we waited the same amount of time for those. Once we finally got to start eating we found literal egg shells in one of our plates…. When we went to talk to someone they gave us extreme attitude and didn’t want to refund us. In the end they made us bring over the other plate to calculate how much we ate and gave us a PARTIAL refund. This is absolutely ridiculous Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
