Don’t know what her problem was, but the cashier tonight (9/9) was ridiculously rude. I have never had someone I have never met before roll their eyes at me. Glared at us as we walked in to pick up our order, rolled her eyes when we said the name on the order and was completely rude as she checked us out. We were there 2 hours before closing too so it wasn’t an inconvenience. No “thank you, have a good night” after we tipped, just slid the food over and went on to talk to another worker. We were nothing but friendly, smiling a few times at her but she was just rude and rolled her eyes. The food was great but the service was awful. Probably won’t be returning. Typical HOP. Had take out. Phone and pickup customer service was good. Baked pasta with meatballs and sausage was real good. Should have come with bread but no bread in the bag 🤷‍♂️. These guys always screw up the orders. Literally waited well over an hour to get a simple order. Kept going back to the car to wait. Unfortunately already paid online or I would have walked.
