We adore Culver's! I first was introduced to the greatness that is a Butterburger in the summer of 2004 when I actually spent time with my college roommate at the time, who was from Wisconsin. They're my favorite fast food joint for a very good reason! And especially at this location, the team is always first class. If you haven't visited, do your tastebuds a favor. This is my favorite chain of restaurants to get dessert. I love the Concrete Mixers. It is a great price for a tasty treat. I usually order a chocolate base now that I know there are fewer calories in the chocolate than the vanilla. That also allows me to add a different mix-in since I don't have to use chocolate syrup to change the flavor. I can now get two different berries like strawberry and blueberry. Ordering online while inside the restaurant sitting at a table is also a hack to save tons of time. Just scan the QR code at the table and place your order. I am late with my review but had to give credit where it was due. We stopped at Culver's a couple of weeks ago and everything was amazing! I for one, was paranoid because of the teen/Gen Z workforce... the attitudes, aggressiveness, and lack of customer service and care when handling people's food. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Goodness, glad we stopped anyway (you never know). The young man at the speaker was incredibly respectful and personable! Pulled around to the window and the young lady servicing that area was all smiles and also very respectful and pleasant- so sweet (I wish I had gotten their names)!! 😲😃. The food was hot and very good. My burger was delicious! Exactly what I needed and ordered. To Management: keep up the good work!! And maybe walk into several other restaurants and Walmart!! and teach some valuable 'how to be a solid employee and young adult' lessons. The value basket is great for the price. The food was fresh, and the restaurant was clean. Very friendly employees. I had heard great things about Culver's. This was my first visit. Not so "Quick Serve" restaurant. Everything is made to order but took a minute. I compare to Five Guys or similar. Price point lower and more variety but... Give them a try. Good $6 burger. Custard, not ice cream. The food was extremely delicious, I got the chicken sandwich with cheese curds and pretzel bites. Wonderful experience with helpful employees. The dining room attended was amazing and personable, she deserved a tip for the way she made me feel.
