Went through drive through to pick up a couple fish sandwiches with an older friend. When we received our food, my companion found that they had forgotten extra tartar sauce, which as happened before. She had to turn around and go back for it. When she was finally able to open her sandwich to eat, she found that it was half the size it normally is. We order this particular sandwich often, so we are very aware of the size. This was almost comparable to being broken in half. At this point, she is hungry and angry, and said she would let it go and just eat. But afterwards, she decided to go back a second time and say something to the employees. She was absolutely and totally dismissed, without even an apology. They simply did not care. The food was good and seemed fresh. Small amount of sauces all on one spot all on the bottom side, same side as cheese. The top was dry and made for a very dry burger... most of the way through. At first, it was hard to tell it was open. The employees were very pleasant. We did go through the drive thru if you are going to have someone working the drive thru, maybe check to see how they are speaking. If the people going through can understand them, if they are speaking clearly, even how fast they are speaking. You could clearly see it was not super busy, so there was no reason for him to be speaking so quickly where we had to ask him to repeat himself over and over again. There were around 6 cars waiting for their food, including us. It did not take long to get our food, and the guy who brought our food out to us was extremely nice and very pleasant. Our food was nice and hot and, for the most part, very delicious. I did get some mashed potatoes and gravey, and I have to say it wasn't very good at all (and normally it is very good, so that was a letdown). The rest of our food chicken tenders and my mom ordered a cheeseburger with the fixings was delicious. Especially after getting out of the ER and looking for some hot, somewhat quick food. I’ve been to a few Culver’s over the years and have to say this is the best one yet. The customer service was friendly, fast and efficient. My food was hot and delicious 😋 you have to try their cheese curds and pretzel bites! Yum! Went back today! Never seem to be disappointed!!! Store in Plymouth is just two two takes too long in the Drive-Thru cars were sitting there I sat in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes yesterday and then it took another 10 minutes to get my food so basically I'm not really sure what the attraction is so I'm going to have to say it's a 3 star Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 3 Service: 2

Great service provided today. Received our order in less than 5 minutes. Burgers and fries were hot and fresh. We did order one Kids dish but received three of them. We gave two away to some young customers at the next table. Person who took our order made the mistake but I didn't want them thrown away. 10/10!!!! We showed up with 8 people like ten minutes before they closed and they were SO SWEET ABOUT IT even tho we were being a bit crazy. Special shoutout to shift manager Alexa V.!!
