More expensive than most places, but fairly decent location, staff seems a bit confused about how to direct customers, though. Didn't receive the food at the window, but got a sticker and a drink. The rest of the orders were taken out to the car after eventually being asked to park on the side of the drive through. Different than most places. Might have to try it again, as the food was very good. Hopefully a little training in customer interactions and direction would help bring new customers back. 3 times had to correct the ordering window about incorrectly placing pronouns. Just don't use them if it's too difficult to use them correctly. Then they snuck in another purposefully incorrect pronoun at the end. Customer service is not their forte, but at least the food was cooked correctly. Definitely workable with the right directives from management. I could try them again in a few months.

My experience at Culver's on Quinwood Lane was exceptional. The employees were very friendly and welcoming. Elizabeth took my order under the encouraging and positive support of David and Erin. My food was delivered quickly and was deliciously hot! Elizabeth and another young man continued to check on guests regarding their satisfaction with their Culver's experience. I'll definitely return! A 5-Star rating for sure! This store obviously cares! Thank you for such a great experience!

Excellent ButterBurgers & rings. Service was friendly and fast, all I could expect from a Culver's. Prices are fair for the portions you get, and of course the frozen custard dessert to top everything off is perfect. I would highly recommend and will be returning.

Quite impressed with my most recent trip here. The food was S-tier fast food. Great cheeseburger, hot crispy fries, well-prepared curds.
I live in the area and this is one of my fast food fallback spots in case Im in a pinch and need to eat quick.
Definitely a step-up from when I was here last sometime last spring. Idk if something changed in the kitchen, but I like it. Keep it up!

In addition to the great food and customer service at Culver's in general, here's another reason you should give this Culver's your business. The owner and managers are patient and kind people who really care about their employees. A friend of mine works at this location and has been treated incredibly well by his supervisors. Give this Culver's your business; they deserve it.

Avoid, avoid, avoid! This location constantly forgets items of take out and drive thru orders. One time I received someone else’s order entirely. After my latest incident where I didn’t receive food that I paid for (3rd time), I finally called the store to request a partial refund for the missing items. They refused and said they could only send coupons. This is extremely poor customer service and essentially stealing money from a customer. Avoid!
There’s something to be said about the Culver’s salad. Before you start scoffing at me from behind your wall of butterburgers and cheese curds (which, mind you, I think are top notch), let me just say that the Culver’s attention to quality runs all the way to their leafy greens. For a fast food place, not only do they deliver a standout burger, but they make a more-than-respectable salad too—which I think should be talked about. The chopped grilled chicken is remarkably well cooked and seasoned. It’s the same as in their grilled chicken sandwich, and it’s better in the salad because it won’t be awkwardly sliding around between two buns. The tender, juicy cubes go really well with their cobb or cashew salad, which go above and beyond the sad standard of iceberg lettuce and manage to touch the echelons of deliciousness and wholesomeness characterized by grape tomatoes, arugula, and baby romaine. The veggies are of great quality and very satisfying together in a salad. You will feel nourished, full, and happy after eating one. If you haven’t, I really suggest you give them a try. I hope I make myself clear. All I’m saying is these salads are one of the best in the game, to be respected and enjoyed in their own right alongside the rest of the Culver’s menu. I hope more varieties are offered in the future, but of course understand that the spotlight might be on burgers for everyone involved.
I love this location. Some of the best employees! They are unbelievably nice and accommodating. They gave my dog an ice cream with a treat. Also, the ice cream here is phenomenal. They do an excellent job with the food and are very fast at this location. The store is immaculate and extremely clean – this is perhaps the best fast food restaurants all around I have been to in a long time. Five stars!
