I guess I gotta eat from home all the time now. Consistently every. Single. Restaurant that I've gone to this week, and it's a lot because I don't cook, has messed up in one way or another. I went through the drive thru and got 2 kids meals. I asked for the scoopie things to be applied right on that order. They weren't. I also ordered a chicken burger and I got a cheeseburger. I don't understand why everywhere is like this now.
I ordered the Cod 2 piece dinner, but was surprised it didn't come with a drink? It does come with 2 sides and there was a nice selection! But over all the cod was not dry. It was very good!

Usually not one to write a bad review but I'm incredibly upset with this Culvers location. We visit this Culvers at least twice a week. Lately, every time we do something is wrong. For example, a few weeks ago we got two fish fries, two pieces of fish were missing. I called, spoke with a manager, she was sorry and sent us a coupon for their mistake which was a nice gesture. This past Friday I CALLED the store (as the last order I placed online the week before "wasn't" in the system), got the the store 20 minutes later when they said the food would be ready, paid for my meals, order was in the system, 15 minutes later, still no food. Asked someone, my order wasn't "showing up" even though it did when I paid for it. Another 10 minutes went by, still no food. At this point I'm upset, this is now 25 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready (45 minutes after it was placed). 10 minutes later I finally got my food (55 minutes after the order was placed). Manager acted as if it was my fault that it took this long for me to get my food. I get that at this location there are many young workers that work here, I'm TOTALLY all for that, it's nice to see a younger crowd wanting to work, but the management within really needs to step up and get them trained properly. There are several other instances that I've had a bad experience here, but this one topped the cake. We will be looking for somewhere other than Culvers to dine, and we will definitely be staying away from this location.

Almost every single time I come here, part of my order is missing. I order in the drive thru or curbside, and yet I end up having to come in to get what you forgot. I keep coming back because the food is good, but this shouldn't happen so frequently. I always feel like when I come in to get my missing item that you all think I'm lying and trying to pull a scam. I just want what I paid for, please double check orders before handing them off to customers.
