Came in to grab a quick lunch special...2 for 9$! Sam helped me and thanked me for my patience as they were short staffed and had over 115 customers. He mentioned a member was gone during this time and would be returning in 40 minutes. Sam was over the top with his friendly attention as well as kind demeanor! Thankyou so much Sam H. There was a big mix up with door dash, they brought me my salad & forgot to wait for my spaghetti & meatballs, the dasher didn't speak any English at all, which made communication impossible, finally after 10 minutes of trying to, I decided to just call the restaurant, I talked with Justin F, explaining what had happened, Justin was so helpful and reordered my food, and was sending it to me through door dash, I waited and waited, no food, called again, they were waiting on a dasher to pick it up, waited another 30 minutes and still no food, so I called again, Justin had already got off work and left, so I was explaining to a new person what was going on, he put me on hold to find out what was going on, On their end, so the new person says, Justin just stopped by to check up on your order to make sure it got delivered, when he seen it was still there, this young man on his time off, delivered my food personally with a apologize for all the mix up on door dashes part, what a great guy, to go out of his way on his time off to bring me my food, this was my first time ordering from this restaurant, I totally recommend it as the food was so very good, Thank you Justin Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Marinara
