I asked rep if golf sim could be setup for auto two putt once on green to save time and she said no. The sim was slow to be ready to register ball ready for play during putting which wasted more than 40% of our time. When we finally did finish which we were only able to finish 7 holes, The supervisor asked how our experience was and I mentioned that it would have been better if we could have set up for auto 2 putt and she said it was possible. That was upsetting to us that the person who set us up didn’t know that. I feel we wasted much time on waiting for sim during putting and so wasn’t worth the $50 we paid. Won’t be returning to this place if you can’t train your employees right. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
