Thomas was amazing, attentive and so helpful! I came in for my birthday and didn’t know what to get, and he took his time to tell me about the flavors they had this week. Honestly I love this Crumbl Cookie. I have had nothing but an incredible experience here and I even met my girlfriend here. The staff work their hardest and always keep their stations clean and try their best to handle customers orders quickly and professionally. Walking into the store the first thing you hear is "Welcome to Crumbl" and it sets and comfortable and relaxing feeling while waiting for your cookies. I just placed a delivery order for 4 cookies and had a special note and wrapping charged which they did not print. The cookies were then not wrapped, delivered and eaten by the wrong person in the address because they did not print the note that had the persons name it needed to be gifted to. I tried to call as I placed the online order and sat on hold for 10 minutes with no call back. I'm sure the cookies are fine, but I would not trust the employees to provide you with the service you purchased. The notes are important to the orders and if I knew I would of not got the wrapping or the note, I would of taken my business elsewhere. Really lazy & uncool. Went to Crumbl to see what the hype was about. The staff was really nice. Unfortunately the cookies were way undercooked and that ruined to experience for us. Not sure if we will return. Ordered for my secret Santa. She liked it but my experience wasn’t great. I ordered my “gift” at around 9 am. I can in at around 2pm and my order wasn’t ready. Apparently it’s made to order but the cookies aren’t fresh per se. Didn’t like that I ordered the wrapping and it was literally,almost,shoe tie of a wrapping not actually wrapped. Staff was very blah. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

This was my first time here and last. I don't know what the hype is all about . The cookie was way undercooked and not even hot. I can eat a cookie a little undercooked, but this was still very gummy. They should not have sold that cookie because it would have made me sick. Horrible cookie and experience

Decided to try this place out due to the hype. Cookies were OK but definitely overpriced for the taste. Customer service was OK in this location due to the fact that when i went, it was super busy. I will never understand the hype over this place as it came highly recommended by my nephew. Apparently, the menu changes each week to new flavors, and out of the cookies i ordered, the best cookie I tried was the pink one in my photos

Unorganized. I’m not sure how long this location has been open, but it definitely needs some more organization. The wait was out the door , I waited in line 20+ minutes for my cookies to come out after the order was placed on the kiosk. Come to find out they were waiting for a particular cookie to cook down, but instead of letting everyone in line know & left wondering why people who ordered after them were served first, they continued like nothing was happening. People were becoming impatient & upset and on top of that it was hot. I think I’ll stick to making the drive to Kennesaw until this one gets it together

Cookies are really good employees are nice but it takes forever to get the order's for me it took 40 minutes to get 4 Cookies and honestly is not worthy but we all have different opinions that's just my experience. I do recommend if you are a lover of Cookies they are delicious 😁

This is a relatively new spot to D'ville. I believe they made the waiting area small so it can always appear busy and popular because there is a long line in the front. Your best bet is to order ahead if you decide to go there. They have 2 self-service stations, so you can place your order and pay. They have a staff member outside to control the flow of people coming in. It looks like there is a station for someone to take your order, but the person was just standing there with nothing to do since customers are directed to the self-service station. The work space is open for all to see. You can see the staff hard at work making batches and batches of cookies. We ordered a dozen. The pretty pink box is eye-catching, and I somehow felt proud to walk out with it. Like, yay, I finally got it. Is it worth the hype? Maybe. Would I be willing to wait in line again? Yes.
