For my first time purchasing a box of cookies worth $21+ I definitely was not expecting to take a bite and get a piece of hair along with it. Had higher expectations for this crumbl considering all the hype they get, walking in no one was wearing any hair nets so that should have been red flag number one, very disappointed that I wasted my time and money.

I truly am impressed by these cookies 🍪 The texture just my goodness. They are truly amazing. My daughter has been asking to go here now for quite a bit ☺️ it is definitely worth the trip. If you are looking for some delicious! Out of this world type of cookies. This is the place to go for you or your little ones, even your loved ones and friends.👍

My daughter and I first time! 😍 smells so good! The employees were nice and helpful. I didn’t realize how big the cookies were. Also tasty and fresh. I was so excited to order I missed the self kiosk and menu as I walked in. Nevertheless my family and I will be back to try more.

Customer service ok, cookies were good, but it was room temp and not even warm. I bet they would have been amazing warm and this rating higher. Box was given to me a little dirty and appearance is everything.

The ambience in this cookie store was wonderful. It smells like freshly baked cookies inside. The cookies are delicious and in my opinion,worth it. The cookies are huge, soft and deep in flavor. It is about $3 for a cookie but definitely worth it. Theres many options and I was told that the variety in flavors changes every once in a while. I also purchased their brand ice cream and it was delicious . The workers were nice and friendly and made me feel welcomed. The packaging was very professional and adorable. Great place to get a dessert. I spent a total of $28+ for 4 cookies

1st time here, I saw others ordering on kiosk so I did too. We’re a family of 6 so 6 cookies were ordered. It was one of each for 19.59. They were so good. Soft, chewy, warm, (or cold per serving suggestion). We enjoyed them and look forward to trying them again one day.

Did my order through the app and stated I was there. Walked in the door and s young man met me with my order. Quick, simple and easy. Now when you bring the apple pie cookie back? The blueberry muffin cookie has become my new fave!!!
