I am in total shock at the HORRIBLE customer service i just received!! As someone who was searching for a larger quote for a company event.. I asked all kinds of questions and was asking them based off of other companies that i’ve talked to considering the crawfish market is not something i am very familiar with. I enjoy eating them.. Dan was very arrogant and extremely boastful. I will never ever be a customer here in my entire life! After he made me feel like a total idiot for trying to gain knowledge about the crawfish market and the state it’s currently in, he took my questions as statements regardless of the multiple times i tried to express to him these are just questions. I don’t know about you guys, but he’s a jacka$$ and if you want to give your money to some ignorant, self righteous ahole go for it. I on the other hand will be taking my business to someone who has better customer service. This is a reminder Dan to be humble and kind. You are too full of yourself. Good luck to ya buddy! Parking is a mess unless you get there early. Times run long .. atmosphere really depends on you .. but it's crowded seating for sure.. and traffic is a mess due to the setup of the drive thru when it opens .. so be careful.. ( hopefully this sugar-coated review appeased the owner who has a very rude attitude towards what should be taken as constructive criticism )but NO don't worry I won't be back,bless your heart.. My family and I have been frequenting this place for many years now, Always the absolute best service and with out a doubt the best crawfish eatery in the state of Texas, We Love this place dearly and look forward to its annual crawfish season opening day. Birthday Celebration with Crawfish, Shrimp, Eteuffee, corn, potatoes and mushrooms, lots of butter and garlic butter was so good. Our server Luis was a dream, best server ever!! BYOB makes it so nice to be able to pair your favorite adult beverage with the best crawfish, etc in the area!! Ladies room is spacious. Hand washing station with the best handsoap for removing the crawfish smell from your hand. Hands down the best crawfish restaurant. My husband and I travel over an hour each week to visit. The customer service is amazing, Odyalys has the best personality and service. Each and every server we've ever had has been the best, but we love Odayls. Service Dine in Price per person $100+

I absolutely loved the atmosphere and customer service! We were seated really fast, even Made accommodations for where we wanted to sit. The food took maybe 6 or 7 minutes to be placed on the table.. Very fast..YOU CAN BRING YOUR OWN DRINKS (BYOB)!! Food tasted great and crawfish,crabs & shrimps were large. Definitely going again..

Adding to the thousands of great reviews. This place is one you must try! Open for a very short time due to crawfish season of course. Opens the week after the Super Bowl and could stay open until middle of June also depending on those delicious mudbugs 🤣🤣🤣 If you live in Houston this is a must drive. I love my city and we have the best restaurants in the country, but for crawfish you must take the drive to little Crosby TX. Also an added plus they have BYOB! 😌

Been coming here for a couple years and although it's a drive from where I live it's well worth it! Good size crawfish, and the more spicy is a spice lovers dream. Service is good and the prices are fair. Great place for groups, kids and dog friendly. Also it's byob so you can enjoy your mud bugs with and ice cold beer.
