Worst service and food we have had at a cracker barrel. Waitress left us so she could go pick up her friend to bring her to work. After that everything went down hill. Hamburger sandwich was tough fries were so hard you could probably break your teeth. Had to ask for utensils and refills. Was told they would fry me some new fries give them 5 minutes. They never came so after 15 minutes of waiting we left. Manager was sitting at a table close to us laughing and talking and never once said anything to us. I got to cas register to complain and then had to wait on the manager to come up. She said she was visiting with family. She did take my check and told me she would take care of our meal today. Today i visited this location for the first time. It was absolutely amazing. I was sat down at my table with my family, and then our server came over. She was the absolute most dolled server i have ever had at a restaurant. Her name was Macie. She was so sweet and so kind, made sure all of our food was correct and went that extra mile for our meal to be perfect. I will be coming back to this location every time just for her!! I made sure she received a nice tip because she really deserved it and more. It’s hard to find good servers these days and to find an extraordinary one is amazing. I Always enjoy going to Cracker Barrel. I get seated place my order and shop. My kids give me gift cards. I love their apparel. Everyone is so helpful. If they don't have my size they will check at a nearby store. Oh and the food is delicious also. Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had at these chain restaurants. The waitress answer to nearly any question was “I dunno”, my coffee got cold waiting for a spoon and the food was wrong missing things and bacon barely cooked and for cheesy eggs let’s cut square yellow cheese and put it on top. me and my mother went to this cracker barrel location, and we are originally from Massachusetts and just moved to the area a couple weeks ago. we had tried the cracker barrel in Sturbridge MA a few times and each time we were very disappointed between the food or the service. so, when we were given a gift card here needless to say we weren't the most excited about it, but we decided to give it one more try especially now that we were in the south. and i must say that we were completely blown away! from the very beginning just walking in and standing at the host stand we were immediately greeted with a warm greeting, not the attitude we have been used to. then we were seated, and we had the most amazing server I have ever had not just at cracker barrel but in any restaurant. Felicia M was our server and she was outstanding! she was warm and kind and overall friendly and just a pleasure to have. She made our experience the absolute best! between how amazing she was and how much of a difference in location it had on the food we will definitely with joy be coming back for more. me and my mother bother ordered the tips, tenders and shrimp meals and i must say this if you order that you better go VERY VERY HUNGRY because we left there stuffed!! the food was delicious, the people were amazing and friendly and it was by far the best experience i have ever had so thank you Felicia and the entire cracker barrel team your hard work is very appreciated! Tiffany was our Server and her husband worked there as well! We shopped for a few Cardinal decorations for the living room in honor of my Granny. I love the white tree red dec We feasted afterwards! Getthe sparkly ✨️ glitter globe drink... Cinnamon Pie Breakfast Old Timers Breakfast And a couple of $5 take home meals for dinner... I think the food could have come out a little hotter but it was great overall. We don't send food back... We ordered cheesy grits, bacon, sausage, eggs, with biscuits, gravy, apple butter, and that beautiful slice of cinnamon roll pie was amazing. I didn't eat it all and there was plenty to share with leftovers and take home dinner meat loaf... Becca was our waitress tonight. A very sweet young lady trying her best to make sure our dinner was hot and fresh. I have to admit, tonight was not bad. There have been times, I could not drive fast enough past this restaurant. Becca made our experience better. Great service and food! The atmosphere at every Cracker Barrel is the same, quaint & dark. Each employee we encountered was nice and full of smiles but in an authentic way. My first time at cracker barrel 😞. I was expecting something better but what a poor flavor, my friends and I,we arrive and ordered around at 8:30 am, around 9am we have our food, service was alright.. but my food was so Cold...
