Great place in Wellton for breakfast or lunch, opens at 7:00 a.m. everyday. I say everyday because that is a rarity in Wellton, as most places are locally owned and have various days Monday Thursday whatever that they're closed. Coyote Den is part of the golf course complex. Great views and a comfortable atmosphere. It had a pretty good number of patrons when I was there with only one waitress. She was an amazing waitress who was pleasant, efficient, got our drinks, took our orders, served our lunches accurately and efficiently, refilled our drinks and met all of the needs of the entire restaurant. The menu is somewhat limited but certainly adequate. The food, my lunch, was above average and reasonably priced. I would give it a B+ or an A-. I will go back again and would recommend it.
