I love the CopperFox restaurant. For people who are trying to count calories or want eat a healthy diet, they have a wonderful house salad that you can order with grilled salmon or chicken. Their raspberry vinegrette salad dressing goes very well with the salad ordered with salmon. You can order carry-out which is also convenient. The restaurant and bar are both modern clean and have a wonderful ambiance. The staff is very friendly. I would definitely dine there again.
